• Virtual currency cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or assigned from the Platform in any form.
• Any optional virtual currency packages purchased on the Platform are for entertainment only and are non-refundable.
• Purchase of virtual currency is entirely optional. Full entertainment access is available at no cost.
• Purchasing virtual currency packages does not provide gameplay advantages or win probabilities.
• Never spend more on virtual currency than you can comfortably afford. Virtual currency purchases carry no financial return.

4. Not a Gambling Operator | No Real Money Gambling

localcircleconnect is explicitly and exclusively a social entertainment platform. The following clear statements apply:

• localcircleconnect is not a licensed gambling operator.
• Users cannot win real money on this Platform under any circumstances.
• Users cannot win real prizes of any kind.
• No real money gambling takes place on this Platform.
• Success in virtual coin games does not imply that similar results will occur in any real-world context.

5. Acceptable Use
